Ideal for groups of up to 40, this addition transforms any space into a refined social hub without the hassle.

Hassle-Free BYOB Option For ultimate flexibility and peace of mind, we specialize in Bring Your Own Beverage (BYOB) arrangements. You procure and supply all beverages and alcohol or we assist, see options below, no liquor licenses required on our end. This straightforward approach keeps things simple, cost-effective, and compliant, so you can curate the perfect selection tailored to your group's preferences.

Operating Hours:

• Bar Opening Time: 14h00 (R1,000 per additional hour before).

• Bar Closing Time: Midnight (R1,000 per additional hour thereafter).

Option 1: R7,000

Option 2: R7,000 + Cost of Alcohol Consumed

We procure all alcohol, transport it to the venue, and return any unused portions post-event.

Billing covers only the alcohol used plus our service fee.

• Slushie Machine: R25.00 per guest (bottomless servings; multiple flavors available for selection).

• Coffee Bar: R40.00 per guest (bottomless espresso, cappuccino, and lattes).

Optional Cash Bar Upgrades Prefer a cash bar for added convenience? We can facilitate on-site sales, subject to obtaining a temporary Event Liquor License from the Western Cape Liquor Authority. This process typically requires a minimum lead time of 50 days, along with approval from your local municipality.
