Terms and Conditions (apply on payment of You2Camp invoice):

Conditions:

 

• A minimum of 20 tents must be booked.

• Each tent is for 2 people for 2 nights (Price recalculated for longer stay).

• Transport (within radius), setup, takedown and transport back included.

 

Payment Policy:

 

• On enquiry for a You2Camp service, a Quote will be forwarded for consideration. Quote valid for 2 days from date issued.

• Invoice to be forwarded on acceptance of Quotation. R5000.00 Deposit required to secure Booking, to be paid 2 days from Invoice date. Deposit is non-refundable (see Cancellation Policy).

• Balance of payment due 3 days before You2Camp service rendered. No refund for early departures.

• We hold the right to cancel any booking due to non-payment.

• Group Bookings: The person who made the booking is responsible for deposits.

• Kids: From the age of 7 they will pay normal tariffs. The first child under the age of 7 will be charged a discounted price, two children under the age of 7 count for one normal tariff.

 

Group Events / Functions:

 

• Event Organiser or Functions, pricing though organisers (unless otherwise indicated) – Minimum 15 Units per Event/Function, minimum 2 nights/2 persons per Unit. You2Camp provide services to Events/ Function as listed in the venues list.

• Events Considerations” applicable for Event Organizers providing services (request copy or refer our web page for details).

 

Cancellation Policy:

 

• Cancellation any time before date of arrival, or no-show – visitor forfeits 100% of any amount paid.

• You2Camp has a no refund policy

 

Arrival and Departure Policy:

 

• Unless otherwise agreed please note that Units will be ready by 14h00 on day of arrival.

• Unless otherwise agreed please note that Units to be vacated 10h00 on day of departure.

 

Additional Terms and Conditions:

 

• Apart from natural disasters please note that loses or breakages of You2Camp equipment will be for the account of the Customer.

• Whilst every effort is made to update the information provided on this price list on a regular basis, You2Camp reserves the right at any time to change the specs, prices or discontinue services or products without notice.

• You2Camp holds the right to postpone or cancel any event when severe weather warnings is issued by www.weathersa.co.za Should the weather pose a threat at an event; the client will be requested to vacate their tent for their own safety and the safety of You2Camp equipment. Each situation to be based on merit

• Although You2Camp make every effort to ensure that your experience is as safe as possible, You2Camp cannot be held responsible or liable in any way for any/or all consequences (including, without limitation) for loss or damage of personal property or life.  Use of You2Camp equipment will be at Client’s own risk. Any deliberate damage to You2Camp property will be for Client’s account.  Also refer other Terms and Conditions as stated on invoice.

• You2Camp equipment should not be removed from the specified site for any other purposes unless arranged prior to the event or if permission has been granted by a You2Camp employee.

• Disclaimer Form provided by You2Camp to be signed, either before or on arrival.

• By signing the disclaimer form you also agree to adhere to all the Terms and Conditions as stated above

 

Event Considerations:

 

• Event consideration form must be read in conjunction with the Terms and Conditions.

• Event Organizers must sign Disclaimer Form, Terms and Conditions and Event consideration form.

• You2Camp Camping Rules and Regulations must be adhered to in conjunction with Venue Terms and Conditions.
